Another day, another try.
Sing your dreams a lullaby.
Smoke another cigarette;
Haven’t hit the filter yet.
When will it burn?
Don't wanna see you runnin’ in circles.
It’s just the madness of reality
Is that nothing really matters.
So through the chaos sing your melody;
Let it out.
You’ll find everything you wanted.
Another day, another try.
Sing your tears a lullaby.
Smoke another cigarette;
Haven’t hit the filter yet.
When will you learn?
Dont wanna see you runnin’ in circles.
Don’t wanna see you runnin’.
It’s just the madness of reality
Is that nothing really matters.
So through the chaos sing your melody;
Let it out.
You’ll find everything you wanted.
You’ll find everything you wanted.
My thoughts recede in to all my habits;
A kind of freedom that’s automatic.
If I’m my keeper, will it matter?
Will it matter?
Does it matter?
It’s just the madness of reality
Is that nothing really matters.
So through the chaos sing your melody;
Let it out.
You’ll find everything you wanted.
It’s just the madness of reality
Is that nothing really matters.
So through the chaos sing your melody;
Let it out.
You’ll find everything you wanted.
You’ll find everything you wanted.
it's such a beautiful album of grieving and loss and acceptance. it speaks to a particular kind of grief -- not a grieving of one who is lost, but the grieving for one who is still present and still causing pain. i love the last song most because while it could end in pain, or end with the narrators decision to permanently push this person out of their life and that would be justified, it doesn't. instead, it offers something. what is offered? acceptance. hope. and a chance for redemption janmisha
